Terms & Conditions of Dubai VISA

• Females below 30 years of age and males below 22 years of age need to apply for a UAE visa along with their father, mother or husband to avoid any chances of rejection.
• All visa are valid for single entry only.
• A Security deposit maybe required for a certain nationalities obtaining a visa.
• In the event of an overstay of the visa all necessary fines and penalties incurred will need to be paid on a case basis.
• As Visas are issued by DUBAI immigration department there is a possibility of delay if there’s a technical problem or rush due to load on immigration systems (Public holidays etc), Any delay from Dubai immigration cannot be blamed on Flyin.com as immigration needs to complete the security formalities as per UAE laws.
• Any delay due to security or Blacklist checks for individuals, Flyin.com will bear no liability.
• The processing time for the 30 Days UAE visa may take anytime between 3 to 5 working days.
• The passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
• The applied visa type is 30 Day visa, which entitles you to stay in UAE for up to 30 days. The visa validity will be 60 days from the date of issue but stay should be no more than 30 days from the date of entry in UAE.
• The visa application fee is non-refundable in all cases, including if the visa application is rejected.
