After 24 hours, Delta does not charge change or cancellation fees for Main Cabin, Comfort+, Premium Select, or Delta One tickets originating from the U.S., Canada, or the Caribbean; you simply receive an eCredit for the value. Basic Economy tickets, however, are subject to a cancellation fee of $99 for domestic flights and $199 for international flights.
