The hotel is a very modern construction, which, however, gives guests the impression of a traditional mountainous village, with stone buildings, wooden ceilings and roofs covered with red tiles. The hotel complex is spread out over about 4 acres, in a mild mountain environment, offering excellent views of the mountains across the way and the town of Kalavryta below it. All the buildings are made of stone, cut and carved by specialist craftsmen, following the long tradition of the famous old stone carvers of the Peloponnese and Epirus. The 20 rooms of the hotel are spread over 7 buildings; 7 of the rooms are apartments (maisonettes), capable of easily accommodating a whole family while the third group of buildings is made up of two buildings, each housing 2 luxurious suites. It has a lobby, games room, TV room, as well as bar, dining and parking facilities.
The hotel's history is strongly associated with that of the town of Kalavrita in the 20th century. It was renovated with consistency and respect for its tradition in 2005 and reopened, fully renewed and under new direction. It offers guests a remarkable stay in an elegant environment. Comprising a total of 28 rooms, the air-conditioned establishment features a lobby, hotel safe, lift access, a TV lounge, caf, bar and restaurant. Business guests are sure to appreciate the conference facilities. WLAN Internet access and a car park are also available.
