The Hydro is under new ownership. The new owner has invested very heavily in the refurbishing of the hotel both inside and out. The once-tired hotel, which benefited purely from its excellent location, now has rooms and facilities of a very good standard. A good value family run hotel in an excellent location. The owners of the property are very knowledgeable about the area, particularly Andrew. So if you are interested in seeing some of the more eye catching sites in the area be sure to ask his advice he'll be only too pleased to help.
