Wallet Terms and Conditions

Some of the amounts that you got from Flyin such as (vouchers, coupons, and promotions) cannot be refundable.

The amount in your account can be used according to the following conditions:

• Wallet balance is not cashable.
• Wallet balance can only be used for booking through Flyin platforms only.
• Wallet balance can be refunded by Flyin only.
• Wallet balance can be used to book the following: flights, hotels, packages and car rental.

If you canceled a paid booking from wallet balance, the booking value will be refunded - after deducting the cancellation fees - into your wallet account.

If you amend a paid booking from wallet balance, the amendment fees will be deducted from your wallet account, if wallet balance is not enough, the fees will be deducted from your credit card.

In case of suspicious, fraud, receiving claim from the bank or from payment gateway, Flyin will be forced to block your account until the end of the investigation and applying the necessary actions.

These terms and conditions are changeable by Flyin without prior notice.
