SalamAir is a low-cost Omani airline founded recently in 2016 and commenced operations in January 2017. It is based and headquartered in the city Muscat and International Airport and Salalah International Airport are the operational hubs. It is owned by Muscat National Development and Investment Company. There are three fare types based on which the provided services vary: Light, Friendly and Flexi.
The Light fare option allows the passengers to carry 7 kgs to the passengers’ cabin free of charges.
The Friendly fare option allows the passengers to check-in either 20kgs and they can purchase baggage allowance of 30 kgs or 40 kgs. In addition, they are allowed to change the flight based on this fare type.
The Flexi fare option allows the passengers to have a carry-on baggage of 7 kgs and a checked baggage of 20 kgs. The passengers can also purchase baggage allowance of 30kg or 40 kgs. In addition, a Flexi fare allows the passengers to change/modify their bookings and to cancel them in return for nominal charges.
Pre-selection of Seats:
