  • EzCancel allows you to cancel your trip and protect your flight fare refund in case of ticket cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. This is applicable for domestic as well as international flights. EzCancel benefits the customers by minimizing their loss due to ticket cancellation charges levied by the airline carrier. EzCancel is not applicable to cancellation of amended flights.

  • This offer is solely meant for end-customers who make the bookings through the Flyin website and mobile application. This offer is not meant for travel agents booking for their customers.

  • What does EzCancel do for me? When you choose EzCancel at the time of booking, you can cancel your flight and save 90% of the ticket cancellation charges levied by the airline. You can avail the benefit if you cancel your booking at least 10 hours prior to scheduled departure of the flight. The refund will be processed by Flyin to the source account from which the booking was made as per the terms and conditions of EzCancel. Note: EzCancel is not applicable if the booking has been rescheduled.

  • What is the EzCancel refund process? Once you have initiated ticket cancellation on Flyin, Flyin will initiate the refund as per the terms and conditions of EzCancel

  • What happens if the airline cancels my flight? You will receive a full refund of the airline fare and Flyin's convenience fees as per the terms and conditions listed below in case of the airline cancelling the flight. Please initiate the ticket cancellation process on Flyin.

  • Is EzCancel useful if I want to reschedule my tickets? EzCancel is only for flight ticket cancellation, all rescheduling done by the customer will be chargeable in line with the respective airline policy.
