It was renovated in 2000 including some guest rooms and hallways. In the lobby there is a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift. Directions from the airport: When leaving the airport, make a left turn out of the airport onto the Loch Lomond Road. Very shortly (about 0.5 km), make a right turn onto Route 111 (airport access road) and follow Route 111 for approximately 6 km to the McKay Highway, which is Route # 1. Then exit left going west on Route 1. Following Route 1, take exit 125 which is (Crown Street / Harbour Station). At the lights take the left turn, which is Crown Street. At the bottom of the hill (facing Hotel Courtenay Bay) make a right turn to set of lights. At lights turn left onto City Road. Follow City Road straight through, which runs into Station Street (at Irving Station). Guests will see Harbour Station ahead of them and should go past Harbour Station to very end of the street and turn left, which is Smythe Street. The hotel at 75 Smythe Street, right on the harbour.
