Flyin Rewards Terms and Conditions

The loyalty program of Flyin brand is a reward program operated by Saudi Ebreez Company for electronic services operating flyin platforms.

By applying for membership in the Program, you have agreed to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions determine the contractual relationship between Flyin and each members of the program, which may be subject to modification and update on our website from time to time and with your consent, you will be responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions provided from time to time, and if you disagree with any of Any amendments you may make a request for cancellation of membership.

Joining the program:

  1. You are entitled to apply only if you are 18 years of age or older.
  2. Minors between the ages of 2 and 17 may apply for membership, either through their parents or legal guardian.
  3. Membership shall be granted free of charge and to natural persons only. Except as otherwise provided, companies, partnerships or unregistered associations or similar membership application may not otherwise be permitted.
  4. Membership shall be granted as we deem appropriate, and we may refuse to grant it to any applicant.
  5. You may not apply if you are already a member of the Program.

Membership:

  7. In order for your membership to remain effective, you must have at least one qualifying activity at least once every (24) consecutive months.
  8. If you have not completed any qualifying activity within 24 consecutive months, your membership account will be deactivated and all reward points you have earned will be canceled

Membership categories:

  1. The program consists of a loyalty category for standard membership and other distinct categories as detailed on our website.
  2. Our website presents the details of the rewards and privileges available to the different categories of membership.
  3. A member can acquire class points to progress towards higher membership categories.
  4. The class points shall be calculated on the basis of the cumulative credit points accumulated for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months as of the attainment of the required grade points for the target group.
  5. A member may obtain or maintain a category promotion at any time within a (12) consecutive period, when the number of grade points required for the target group is accumulated.
  6. The creditable points balance shall be based on the amount spent on Flyin flights, optional additions, excluding fees, costs and taxes, and in respect of flights, those actually used by the Member within a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
  7. The operations will not be calculated by the partners and the program trips since the payment of the value through the reward points is within the eligible points balance.
  8. The category points shall be earned by the member and are not transferable at all.
  9. The class points are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of accumulating the required category points for the target group. At the end of each twelve (12) consecutive months, the points expire and the total score points return to zero.
  10. From time to time, Flyin may modify the rules for the acquisition of Class Points, and members may be notified of any changes made by posting them on our website. However, we recommend that you periodically review these terms and conditions on our website.

Reward points:

  1. Reward points for each Saudi Riyal (1), or equivalent in any other currency, shall be earned from Qualified Spend, and Qualified Spend Less than one Saudi Riyal (1) will not earn you Reward Points.
  2. The following purchases (or monetary elements of such purchases) constitute eligible expenditure in order to earn points:

    2. Optional additions from Flyin;

  3. Bonus Points, Class Points or Rewards do not carry any monetary value. They are not convertible into cash. By Flyin, or an optional addition or upgrade on our website or at our Customer Service Center.
  4. The actual number of bonus points earned for any qualifying expenditure shall be calculated after the reservation is completed. The bonus points and / or points earned by Flyin will be credited to the member's account within 24 hours after the completion of the Flyin flight.   6. The amounts below are not counted in any eligible spend and you will not earn any bonus points or points.

A member may not claim bonus points or class points in respect of any purchases made to third parties or used by third parties.   7. We reserve the right to expand or change, from time to time, the types of travel and services that will be or will not be counted in eligible spending.
  8. Members do not earn reward points and / or class points for any part of a ticket that has not been used.
  9. In case of canceling or refunding the ticket price, the member will only earn bonus points and / or class points in respect of the flights / parts of flights already used by the member. The member must have traveled on a purchased flight for acquisition Reward points and / or applicable class points.
  10. The member does not acquire any bonus points and / or class points for any unused part of an expired ticket.
  11. Accumulation of Reward Points and / or Class Points is possible if Flyin automatically redirects the member to another carrier and if the original journey booked by the Member forms part of the eligible spend or earn points of Rewards and / or Class Points. The member must keep the details of his or her trip that he or she may be required to send us if the bonus points and / or points of the category are not credited to the member's account.
  12. No Reward Points and / or Class Points shall be earned if the name on the member's passport or government-issued document does not match the name of the member appearing on the account or with the membership number.
  13. Reward Points will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of their earning.

Claim bonus points and / or points Category:

  1. To claim bonus points and / or class points for a Flyin flight, first you need to be pre-registered in the program and calculated only on bookings made after the program is signed up or if they are not automatically added either by forgetting to sign in to the site or application during booking or crashes for adding modification or cancellation.

     

  2. A member may claim future flight points booked by Flyin, if not used to date, either through the self-service online login process.
  3. New members are entitled to claim reward points and / or class points for a Flyin flight made from the date of joining the program either through our website or Flyin application. To claim any of these bonus points and / or class points for a Flyin flight, the member must provide details of his / her trip, confirmation of the reservation or any other information that may be requested.
  4. Members may claim Reward Points and / or Class Points for Flyin flight that are valid for up to sixty (60) days before the flight date of Flyin either through our website or Flyin application .   5. Use points for rewards:

  1. The Member may use bonus points to purchase any of the Rewards listed on our website.
  2. If the member does not have enough points to use for a reward he wishes to receive, he can obtain it by purchasing a combination of bonus points plus cash and will indicate the number of bonus points and cash required for a specific reward upon booking.
  3. The member is entitled to purchase the rewards electronically on our website by entering his account or by contacting our customer service center. The member will receive a confirmation number and the confirmation will be issued and sent to the member's registered email.
  4. The possibility of purchasing any of the bonuses is subject to the terms of availability, the applicable transfer terms and other applicable terms and conditions.   8. Reward Flights
    1. Reward flights shall be governed by Flyin applicable terms of carriage and other applicable terms, conditions and rules.
    2. IATA flight rewards are subject to price fixing.
    3. Unless otherwise stated in the Special Offer, the Member is responsible for all taxes, duties and other costs associated with the bonus trip, including but not limited to airport departure tax, customs duties, immigration fees, Airport charges, usage charges, carrier charges, fuel surcharge, agricultural inspection fees, additional insurance and warranty tax and any incidental fees or taxes imposed by any person, entity or entity, including but not limited to.   5. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE IN CASH, REFUNDABLE OR REPLACED BY ANY OTHER SERVICES OR OTHERWISE. Except as provided in these terms and conditions, they may not be purchased, sold or converted for commercial gain or transferred to any other persons for money.
  6. If a member uses bonus reward points that have been provided to someone other than a member, the member is responsible for ensuring that that person:

Rewards points and points Category:

Cancellation of bonuses:

Suspension or termination of membership:
